Kaden loves the rain and specifically, his green rain boots from Grandma. He got them for Easter and has worn them everywhere since then. Unfortunately for him, it hasn't rained a whole lot. Until this week. He finally got to sport the boots and use them for what they're made for: splashing in puddles. And oh, did he have a good time!
Kaden has a little friend named Brooke that lives two doors down from us. She's five, but for some reason, they have a blast together and it hasn't occurred to her that he's only two and a half. :) She always comes over and asks to play with Kaden. Next to Evie, she is Kaden's favorite friend. He seems to favor the ladies over the boys for friends.
When Kaden is really trying to concentrate, I notice that he dons the "tongue of concentration" like his daddy. :)
Those are such cute pictures! What a sweet boy. We are excited to get you down here to play with Lydia.
